Terms of Service:Xpress Laundry Service is pleased to provide professional pick up and delivery laundry services to our customers and offers quality and convenience at an affordable price. We offer you, our customers, our services subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated and set forth below. Your use of the Xpress Laundry Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully and if you do not so agree, you should inform us and cease using the service immediately. This agreement is strictly between Xpress Laundry Service and its customers and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.
Please Read This Agreements:This is a Membership Agreement between Xpress Laundry Service, LLC. ("Xpress Laundry Service"), an Ohio based company and you ("Member"), an individual, for pickup and delivery wash and fold laundry services. You are purchasing a prepaid wash-and-fold membership contract for the length of time you selected. Xpress Laundry Service reserves the right to deny service to any customer at the discretion of the company. The following terms of service apply to your membership and your contract:
- Liability Disclaimer:
Xpress Laundry Service will provide each customer with a laundry bag. Xpress Laundry Service reserves the right not to pick up items that are not in these bags. The customer agrees not to include any of the following items inside their wash and fold laundry bag given to Xpress Laundry Service representatives for service: (i) non-washable items, (ii) items that are labeled for hand washing and/or dry cleaning only, or (iii) any other items not meant for laundering or dry cleaning. The customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in the customer's clothing or laundry bag that cause damage to the clothing of any customer, the cleaning machines, or any other property of Xpress Laundry Service or its other parties or customers. Xpress Laundry Service are not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pick up or delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her Xpress Laundry Service laundry bag is in the possession of a Xpress Laundry Service representative, and for initialing the pick up and delivery confirmation sheets. You agree that Xpress Laundry Service may refuse to launder an item and send it back unwashed with an explanatory note, if we think it will become damaged or damage other items. Missing or damaged items must be reported to Xpress Laundry Service within three (3) days of picking up your laundry bag. If a customer is able to provide proof of purchase and purchase amount of the lost or damaged item, Xpress Laundry Service will provide a full refund up to fifty ($50) dollars for each individual item and the maximum total reimbursement per customer of $100. Xpress Laundry Service is not liable for any preexisting damage to garments and reserves the right to return any item without cleaning it any preexisting damage is found or if we have a concern about the colorfastness or the age or weakness of the fabric. - Payment:
I agree to pay the total amount according to card issuer agreement. All laundry turned in to Xpress Laundry Service by an authorized user of that account will be cleaned and any extra pound charges and dry cleaning charges will be added directly to this account. The customer must pay the agreed upon charges prior to service. Service will not begin until Xpress Laundry Service has received prepaid package payment or initial per use registration fees in full. Services that have been paid for but go unused do not carry over from week to week, or from semester term to semester term. In the event that the customer's Xpress Laundry Service laundry bag weighs more than he/she paid for, a fee of $1.25 will be charged for each additional pound. Scale readings are rounded up to the next whole pound for processing purposes. Notification of overage will be routinely sent via email and charged at the end of each month of service. Xpress Laundry Service reserves the right to charge payment for excess laundry. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. A customer who has signed up for a prepaid package plan will have the right to cancel his or her contract within fourteen (14) days of signing up for the Xpress Laundry Service and receive a full refund. After such fourteen day period, Xpress Laundry Service shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer. - Inventory List:
Inventory sheets are available at by clicking here to keep track of items provided by customers to Xpress Laundry Service representatives and indicate special washing instructions, such as delicates that require special attention. Inventory sheets should be filled out and included inside the customer’s laundry bag before dropping off their laundry bag and will be checked by a Xpress Laundry Service representative to ensure that every item is accounted for before and after each service. Xpress Laundry Service may chose not to fulfill requests put on inventory sheets and not launder certain items at their discretion. All information provided on the inventory sheets by the customer shall be accurate in every way. Xpress Laundry Service is not responsible for any items not listed on the inventory sheets. Xpress Laundry Service reserves the right to complete an inventory sheet for customer’s who have not provided one themselves based on the items inside the customer’s bag without notice to the customer. If there is a discrepancy between what is listed on any inventory sheet and the actual items left in the bag, Xpress Laundry Service reserves the right to change the inventory sheet and, based on a careful examination, make a final determination about the actual contents of the bag without notice to the customer. The customer hereby consents to any such changes.
